R&D

All products that make up the kilns and dryers sue proprietary technology developed by the R&D Department. The Company is always working on several projects at the research and development stage, which will certainly provide new products.

The R&D department employs university graduates with ample experience in the ceramics industry. Occasionally we work with local and international research organisations.

PROJECT DEPARTMENT

Made up of experienced engineers undertaking studies on the processes used at brickworks.

Based on production, clay types and pieces for manufacture, they devise the plant, kiln and dryer projects.

SALES

Consistently servicing the needs of 50 world markets.

Spain the number one market. Exports in 2005 accounted for 60% of turnover.

On of the Company’s key values is that it views the world as its market.

ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL MANUFACTURE

Beralmar manufactures and assembles the equipment and power panels it markets from its Terrasa facility.

This closes the design, development, manufacture and quality assurance cycle at our headquarters. It provides a close relationship between the departments involved and ensure quality in our equipment.

SOFTWARE

This department develops all PLC software for total factory control. Kiln, dryer, movement and wagon control are controlled and supervised using the latest programmable robotics and SCADA technology.

We can access any facility device and computer online to ensure optimum maintenance.

AFTER SALES

Made up of highly experienced people, specialised in the machines built by Beralmar and the industrial processes in which they are used (kilns and dryers).

They address issues with existing kilns and dryers. To achieve this they use live data control and collection means.
