Ceramics Industry
ECTS ORGANIZES A VIRTUAL EXHIBITION POWERED BY CERAMITEC

In a very peculiar year in which many fairs, symposia and events of all kinds have had to be cancelled or postponed, the use of technology has taken center stage to compensate for this gap in the personal contact between professionals.

In this line, ECTS (European Ceramic Technology Suppliers), an organization that groups together the bulk of European ceramic technology suppliers, has taken the initiative of organizing a virtual exhibition so that its members can serve visitors from all over the world under exceptional conditions.

  • At no cost to the visitor.
  • With a functional and easy to use virtual fair format, which allows a very convincing personal interaction.
  • Powered by CERAMITEC, the most important exhibition in the world in our industry.

With 3 days of exhibition, this virtual fair will take place between September 29 and October 1.

Obviously BERALMAR will participate in the fair, and soon we will send more information about it through our Newsletter.

See you there!

COMMISSIONING OF A FIRING SYSTEM IN POLAND

BERALMAR has just commissioned a frankly striking combustion plant in the brand new ZCB OWCZARY factory in central Poland.

This is the second factory of this family-owned manufacturer of high-quality thermo-blocks.

The combustion installation supplied by BERALMAR for the new kiln is designed for very high productions and consists of:

  • 4 groups of vertical high-speed burners model FOC10, configured on 16 rows of the pre-heating zone of the kiln.
  • A PROMATIC installation for drying, milling and dosing of mineral coal in the firing zone.
With BERALMAR's experience in solid fuels firing facilities all over the world, we can reaffirm what we already knew from experience: Polish mineral coal is the highest quality coal that our facilities have had to use anywhere in the world, both for the fantastic caloric power (>7,000 kcal/kg) as for the low ash content (<7%).

BERALMAR's supply in this project is completed with the dryer gas combustion equipment.

The commissioning of the facility has been a success, and has been carried out as soon as mobility within the European Union was allowed.

Knowing the spirit and values of the owners, we have no doubt that this new ZCB OWCZARY plant will be a success, consolidating the company as a reference manufacturer in Poland.
